Application status
Applications are not open on this site.
The pilot is being prepared. This page explains the intended program; it does not submit an application, collect your details or reserve a place. An application channel will be added when it is ready.
01 / Homeowners
Your home. Your account. Your permissions.
The proposed pilot is for homeowners who value comfort and less routine maintenance, including people who manage more than one home.
- One always-on Mac mini in each participating home.
- A small validated catalog of native Matter lights, shades and bounded temperature adjustments.
- Guided setup with an installer as the primary launch and support channel.
- Explicit, revocable access. You own the account and permissions.
02 / Pilot installers
Build a repeatable, supported experience.
Installers are the primary launch and support channel. The intended role is to qualify devices, commission networks and support homes—not to take ownership of a homeowner’s account.
A separate supported Thread border router connects the Thread network. Matter over Thread is preferred; Matter over Wi-Fi or Ethernet is allowed where appropriate. Support access is explicit and revocable.
03 / Qualified technical early adopters
A guided self-install route.
Qualified technical early adopters may install the Mac mini agent and connect validated devices through guided Cauchy apps. This is a planned route, not an available download or a requirement for ordinary consumers to configure MCP.
Commercial model
A predictable subscription per home.
Pilot pricing will be shared with selected participants. Cauchy apps are covered as they launch. Hardware and installation are separate, as are optional chatbot subscriptions.
No checkout, immediate provisioning or purchase is available.
